What this policy covers
This policy covers the sageivo.ai website. The Sageivo software runs in each customer's own cloud environment, and data processed there is governed by that customer's agreement with us and their own policies.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company, role, cloud provider, plan interest, data sources and message.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical signals to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and protect the site.
We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, provide our services and keep the website secure. We don't sell or rent personal information.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Email privacy@sageivo.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
