One-time: warehouse build

Your data warehouse, often funded by your cloud.

We design the warehouse, write and schedule the ETL for each source, resolve duplicates, model relationships and document everything in Knowledge Studio. On BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Azure or on-prem.

  • Cloud-funded. We help you apply for AWS, Google Cloud or Azure partner funding and credits. Approved builds cost you nothing.
  • Starter sources on us. No funding? We build a starter set of sources at no cost in return for a longer-term service plan.
  • Already have a warehouse? We connect Sageivo to it and model your metadata. No rebuild needed.
  • You own it. Warehouse, pipeline code and data live in your account, under your control.

How much does it cost?

There is one service plan, priced for each customer. The monthly fee depends on how many data sources we build and manage for you and the level of support you need. Small teams with a few sources pay a modest monthly fee; larger organizations with many sources and 24/7 support pay more. After a 30-minute call you get a fixed monthly quote. The software itself is always $0.

If the software is free, what am I paying for?

Service. Your service plan pays for the engineers who deploy Sageivo, build and run your data pipelines, keep everything patched, answer your team's questions and build the features you need. There is no license key, seat limit or usage meter in the software.

Who pays for cloud and LLM usage?

You pay your cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure) and your LLM provider directly, at their rates, on your own account. We help you keep those costs low with cached metadata, bounded queries and model choice.

How can the warehouse build be free?

Cloud providers run funding and credit programs to help customers migrate and modernise data workloads. We help you apply. When funding isn't available, we can build a starter set of data sources at no cost in exchange for a longer-term service commitment.

Is there a minimum term?

The service plan is annual by default. Cloud-funded or no-cost builds usually come with a longer commitment, which we agree up front in plain language.

What happens if we cancel?

You keep everything: the warehouse, the pipelines' code, your data and the Sageivo software running in your cloud. You just stop receiving our managed service and updates.

Will our price change as we grow?

Only if what we do for you changes. Add data sources or move to a higher support level whenever you need and your monthly fee is adjusted to match. Adding users never changes the price.
